Tiling only, without the rest
Already have a plumber and a fitter? I take on tiling as a standalone job. Send photos and measurements for a price.

Tiling as its own trade, not an afterthought
Tiling is where a renovation is judged. People run a hand along the wall, look down the grout lines, check whether the pattern lines up in the corner. Nobody inspects the plumbing, but everybody looks at the tiles.
Large-format porcelain especially punishes shortcuts. A wall that is a few millimetres out shows up as a lipped edge you can feel with your fingertips. So the substrate gets sorted first, every time, before a single tile goes on.
What's included
Everything below is part of the price. There is no separate charge for prep, no line item for clearing up, and nothing gets added halfway through because it turned out to be more work than it looked.
Substrate and levelling
Walls straightened and floors levelled before anything is set. This is the step that decides how the finished wall reads. Othwerwise no luxury finish.
Cutting and detailing
Niches, corners, mitred edges and around fittings. Cut on site with a wet saw, because that is what a clean edge takes.
Setting out
Where the first tile goes decides where the last cut lands. We plan it so full tiles fall where the eye goes and cuts end up where they do not.
Grouting and sealing
Colour-matched grout, silicone where movement needs it, and natural stone sealed before you use the room.

Wall and floor tiling in any format, from large-format porcelain and natural stone to mosaic and patterned feature walls. Bathrooms, kitchens, terraces and commercial spaces. Fixed price in writing before anything starts.
