I come and measure up, talk through what is possible, and send a fixed price in writing. No obligation.

What a full bathroom involves
A bathroom is the hardest room in the house to get right, because most of the work disappears behind the tiles. Membranes, falls to the drain, pipe runs and ventilation all get covered up on day four, and if one of them is wrong you find out two years later.
I strip the room back to the shell, build it up properly and finish it myself. Same person from the first measurement to the last bead of silicone.
What's included
Everything below is part of the price. There is no separate charge for prep, no line item for clearing up, and nothing gets added halfway through because it turned out to be more work than it looked.
Design and layout
We settle where everything goes before anything is ordered, including what people forget: sockets, niches, and which way the door swings.
Plumbing and electrics
New runs where needed, underfloor heating, and everything tested before it gets closed up.
Waterproofing
Full tanking on walls and floor, correct falls to the drain, real ventilation. This is the part that decides whether the room still looks right in year ten.
Tiling and finishing
Large-format porcelain, natural stone or mosaic, cut and aligned on site. Grouted, sealed and cleaned before handover.

Most bathrooms take two to four weeks, depending on size and how
much moves. You get a fixed price in writing before anything
starts, and one number to call while the work is going on.
