Commercial fit-outs

Site visit outside opening hours

Happy to come and look before you open or after you close. Fixed price in writing, no obligation.

Restaurant bar with wooden counter, tree-trunk column and stone-clad wall by Renovasa

Renovation work that fits around your opening hours

A bar or a restaurant cannot be closed for a month. That is the part most renovation companies underestimate, and it is why commercial work goes wrong: the schedule is built around the builder instead of the business.

I work the other way round. We plan the job around your quiet days and your closing times, and where possible the room stays usable while the work moves through it.

What's included

Everything below is part of the price. There is no separate charge for prep, no line item for clearing up, and nothing gets added halfway through because it turned out to be more work than it looked.

Planning around your trade

We agree the schedule before anything starts, including which days you stay open and what has to be usable each morning.

Walls, floors and cladding

Stone strip, large-format porcelain and tiling that stands up to daily cleaning and heavy footfall.

Bars, counters and fronts

Timber, fluted panelling and stone tops, built and fitted on site so it matches the space rather than a catalogue.

Kitchens and washrooms

The back-of-house rooms that inspections care about, done to the same standard as the parts guests see.

Most fit-outs run two to six weeks depending on how much stays open. You get a fixed price in writing before anything starts, and a schedule you can plan your bookings around.
